The Liaoning Provincial People's Government Office issued an implementation opinion on promoting the optimization and stability of foreign trade. It mentioned that, give full play to the role of Dalian National Import and Export Trade Promotion Innovation Demonstration Zone, promote the construction of bulk commodity trading platform and other platform carriers. Actively strive for the qualification and allowance of non-state-owned trade import of crude oil, encourage key metallurgical enterprises in the province to actively participate in overseas mineral development, and guarantee the import of resource products such as iron ore and coal through long-term commercial contracts.

[ Bharat Coking Coal Output Grows 2.8% in August ]

Bharat Coking Coal Limited (BCCL) announced that its coking coal production increased by 2.8% year-on-year to 2.18 million tonnes in August 2026. Despite a sharp 65.9% drop in non-coking coal output, the core metallurgical segment drove total raw coal production to 2.21 million tonnes for the month. Opencast mining operations were the primary contributors to this volume, generating 2.19 million tonnes of the total yield.
