Today in the Shanghai market, the spot quotation was around 3900 in the late trading, and the overall transaction was medium, and the terminal low price transaction was still possible. Le Cong market late trading quotation 3940-3950, today's overall transaction is still possible, mainly based on terminal demand. Today's northern market transaction is bleak, among which Shenyang market transaction is poor, supply and demand sides are more cautious, traders' mentality is still acceptable, and still optimistic about the future market. Tangshan area transaction is deviated, some traders ship at low price but transaction is weak.

[ Bharat Coking Coal Output Grows 2.8% in August ]

Bharat Coking Coal Limited (BCCL) announced that its coking coal production increased by 2.8% year-on-year to 2.18 million tonnes in August 2026. Despite a sharp 65.9% drop in non-coking coal output, the core metallurgical segment drove total raw coal production to 2.21 million tonnes for the month.
