According to SMM cost and profit data, as of November 9th, the instant profit of long-process steel mills in East China producing threaded steel was -22 yuan/ton, and the instant profit of hot rolled steel was -77 yuan/ton... A month ago, the instant loss of threaded steel was as high as 262 yuan/ton, and the instant loss of hot rolled steel was 215 yuan/ton. In just one month, the two have recovered by 92% and 64%, respectively. What is the reason for such a quick recovery of coil and thread profits?
