On November 8th, Amaton announced that it intends to acquire 100% equity of Fengyang Silicon Valley Intelligent Co., Ltd. held by Shanghai Leda and Yancheng Daling through issuing shares and paying cash, and issuing shares to no more than 35 qualified specific objects to raise matching funds. So far, the audit and evaluation related to the reorganization have not been completed. According to the preliminary calculation of the target company's financial data, the transaction is expected to constitute a major asset reorganization. Fengyang Silicon Valley is mainly engaged in the production, research and development and sales of glass wafers, not involving glass deep processing business, which is upstream of the company's business.

After the completion of this transaction, the company's industrial chain will be extended to the production of glass wafers, and the main business will not change significantly.

In the morning session, it traded weakly around the 156,000-157,000 yuan range, with an intraday high of 157,800 yuan/mt. Near midday, it quickly dropped to 153,200 yuan/mt, hitting a new intraday low. Around midday, prices seesawed repeatedly in the 154,000-156,000 yuan range. Battery-Grade Lithium Sulfide: Will Q4 See a Spike?
Key takeaway upfront: A Q4 spike is unlikely, but we do expect continued moderate growth. Monthly output is likely to settle in the 9–10 tonne range – a modest step-up from Q3, not an explosive leap.
