According to the World Steel Association, the global crude steel output in September 2023 was 149.3 million tons, a year-on-year decrease of 1.5%. China's crude steel output in September was 82.1 million tons, a year-on-year decrease of 5.6%; India's crude steel output in September was 11.6 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 18.2%; Japan's crude steel output in September was 7 million tons, a year-on-year decrease of 1.7%; the United States' crude steel output in September was 6.7 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 2.6%; Russia's crude steel output in September was 6.2 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 9.8%; South Korea's crude steel output in September was 5.5 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 18.2%; Germany's crude steel output in September was 2.9 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 2.1%.
