According to Guangdong's announcement, on October 13th, the Housing and Urban-Rural Construction Bureau of Zhongshan City issued the "Notice on Further Optimizing Real Estate Regulatory Policies", announcing that Shiqi Street temporarily suspended the implementation of commercial housing purchase restrictions policy. This is another purchase restriction area that has suspended the implementation of purchase restrictions policy after Dongqu Street suspended the implementation of commercial housing purchase restrictions policy on September 24th, which means that commercial housing in Zhongshan City has no purchase restrictions.
