The China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) Vice Chairman Chen Heping said at the 2023 Science and Technology Conference held in Shanghai on October 11, co-hosted by the Central Radio and Television Station and the Shanghai Municipal People's Government, that the current new generation of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation are accelerating the global scientific and technological innovation in terms of breadth, depth and speed. Next, the CSRC will timely introduce a series of policies and measures to support high-level science and technology to become independent and self-reliant in the capital market, further strengthening the financing support for science and technology innovation enterprises of different types and different development stages in various sectors. It will gather innovative elements, stimulate innovative vitality, promote the formation of high-level innovative subjects, and facilitate the benign cycle of "science and technology-industry-finance".

[ Bharat Coking Coal Output Grows 2.8% in August ]

Bharat Coking Coal Limited (BCCL) announced that its coking coal production increased by 2.8% year-on-year to 2.18 million tonnes in August 2026. Despite a sharp 65.9% drop in non-coking coal output, the core metallurgical segment drove total raw coal production to 2.21 million tonnes for the month. Opencast mining operations were the primary contributors to this volume, generating 2.19 million tonnes of the total yield.
