Huarun Real Estate (01109.HK) announced that the cumulative contract sales amount for 2023 was approximately RMB 233.3 billion, with a total contract sales area of 99,180,093 square meters, an increase of 16.0% and 7.5% respectively. Among them, the total contract sales amount in September was approximately RMB 26.61 billion, with a total contract sales area of 1.047 million square meters, a decrease of 13.3% and 16.2% respectively.
