Rio Tinto said on Monday that it expects shipments of iron ore from its Pilbara region to be between 322 million and 338 million tonnes in the 2024 financial year, slightly higher than its forecast for 2023, due to continued improvements in operating conditions. In addition, Rio Tinto Group expects that there will be no change in iron ore shipments from the Pilbara region in 2023, which will remain between 320 million and 335 million tonnes, and will be close to the maximum of this range.
