Zhushi Real Estate revealed that in the three days before the holiday, more than 5,000 people had visited its Guangzhou region projects, and the subscription amount during the whole golden week exceeded 2 billion yuan. According to the statistics of Hefu Research Institute, during the National Day holiday, the new house transaction in Guangzhou increased by 150% compared with the same period of last year, which is still lower than the high level before, and about 20% less than the transaction volume of this year's "May Day".
