India Decides to Continue Imposing Anti-dumping Duty on Flat Base Steel Wheels from China. According to China Trade Remedy Information Network, on September 11th, the Indian Tax Revenue Bureau issued the No. 09/2023-Customs(ADD) announcement, accepting the third sunset review termination proposal of the Ministry of Commerce of India on Flat Base Steel Wheels (Flat Base Steel Wheels) originating in or imported from China on June 12th, 2023, and decided to continue to levy anti-dumping duties on the involved products from China for a period of 5 years, with a tax rate of 613.00 US dollars/ton. The involved products are flat base steel wheels with nominal diameter of 16"~20". The case involves products under Indian Customs Code 8708.70. This measure shall take effect from the date of publication of this announcement in the official gazette.
