Gansu Lanzhou: This year, those who purchase newly built commercial housing can enjoy a 50% tax rebate on deed tax. Recently, Lanzhou City of Gansu Province issued the Measures for Further Promoting the Stable and Healthy Development of the Real Estate Market, which will be implemented on September 11th. The Measures clearly stipulate that from September 11th to December 31st, 2023, those who purchase newly built commercial housing and pay deed tax shall be subsidized by the financial departments of the city, county and district at 50% of the total tax payment. The Measures include a total of 17 items. In terms of supporting rigid and improving housing demand, administrative restrictions on the sale of commercial housing have been cancelled, and the restriction that the property must be held for three years before it can be listed for trading has been cancelled. At the same time, the current purchase restrictions, that is, no household registration or number of sets when purchasing housing within the Lanzhou City area, have also been cancelled.

[ Bharat Coking Coal Output Grows 2.8% in August ]
