This week, according to SMM statistics, the total social inventory of hot rolled coils in 69 warehouses (large sample) across the country was 4.0886 million tons, an increase of 73,900 tons, or 1.84%, from the previous week, continuing to accumulate inventory.
This week, hot rolled coil production continued to rise, and the accumulation of supply pressure, coupled with the impact of typhoons in some regions, led to the accumulation of social inventory compared to the previous week. Regionally, except for a slight decrease in the South China market, the Northeast, North China, East China and Central China all accumulated inventory to varying degrees. Specifically:
