On August 10, 2023, the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) announced that it had issued a positive final determination of the second anti-dumping and countervailing sunset review of Steel Piling Pipe originating in or imported from China, ruling that if the measures of this case were cancelled, dumping and subsidies of the involved products may continue or reoccur. The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) is expected to issue a double-reverse sunset review of the case on industrial injury no later than January 17, 2024.
