The Baltic Dry Index (BDI) fell slightly on Tuesday, ending a three-day streak of gains. The BDI dropped 3 points to 1142. The Capesize Index fell 49 points or 2.7% to 1783, its lowest level in more than two weeks. The daily earnings of Capesize vessels decreased by 401 US dollars to 14,791 US dollars. The Panamax Index rose 42 points or 3.6% to 1195, its highest level since May 23. The daily earnings of Panamax vessels increased by 381 US dollars to 10,754 US dollars. The Supramax Index rose 3 points to 689.
