According to statistics from the China Engineering Machinery Industry Association on the main manufacturers of excavators, 12,606 excavators of various types were sold in July 2023, a year-on-year decrease of 29.7%. Among them, 5,112 were domestic, a year-on-year decrease of 44.7%; 7,494 were exported, a year-on-year decrease of 13.8%. From January to July 2023, a total of 121,424 excavators were sold, a year-on-year decrease of 24.6%; among them, 56,143 were domestic, a year-on-year decrease of 44.1%; 65,281 were exported, a year-on-year increase of 7.62%.

[ Bharat Coking Coal Output Grows 2.8% in August ]

Bharat Coking Coal Limited (BCCL) announced that its coking coal production increased by 2.8% year-on-year to 2.18 million tonnes in August 2026. Despite a sharp 65.9% drop in non-coking coal output, the core metallurgical segment drove total raw coal production to 2.21 million tonnes for the month. Opencast mining operations were the primary contributors to this volume, generating 2.19 million tonnes of the total yield.
