The National Bureau of Statistics Chief Statistician Dong Lijuan interpreted the July CPI data, saying that overall, the year-on-year decline is a stage. In the next stage, with the recovery of China's economy, the steady expansion of market demand, the continuous improvement of supply and demand relations, and the gradual elimination of the high base of the same period last year, CPI is expected to gradually rebound.

[ Bharat Coking Coal Output Grows 2.8% in August ]

Despite a sharp 65.9% drop in non-coking coal output, the core metallurgical segment drove total raw coal production to 2.21 million tonnes for the month.
