China Molybdenum Resources announced in the evening that the company previously announced that it had signed the "Framework Agreement" to invest a total of US$20 million to acquire 51% equity in URT Lithium Mine through acquisition and capital increase. After the signing of the "Framework Agreement", the relevant parties negotiated on the investment matters but failed to reach a final consensus. After careful study and friendly consultation with the relevant parties, the company decided to terminate the "Framework Agreement" and signed a termination and release agreement on July 21. The external investment project was terminated.
