For the Announcement on Continuing and Optimizing the Policy of Tax Reduction and Exemption for New Energy Vehicles Purchase jointly issued by the three departments today, Cui Dongshu, secretary-general of the Passenger Transport Federation, believes that because of the "two exemptions and two reductions" of the purchase tax for Alternative fuel vehicle, there is a certain policy stability, which will benefit Alternative fuel vehicle in the long run, The annual tax exemption scale should reach a peak of nearly 200 billion yuan, and the strong tax exemption intensity reflects the unexpected national policy support. Cui Dongshu also said that the policy of two exemptions and two reductions of purchase tax for Alternative fuel vehicle had little impact on the car market this year. The development of the Alternative fuel vehicle market would be relatively stable, and the growth rate of the car market next year would be more optimistic. It was expected that the mixed market competition would also be more intense.
