Prices of #6517 SiMn alloy were 6,900-6,950 yuan/mt in north China market in cash, flat from the previous trading day.

SHANGHAI, May 4 (SMM) - Prices of #6517 SiMn alloy were 6,900-6,950 yuan/mt in north China market in cash, flat from the previous trading day, and those in south China market moved between 7,000-7,100 yuan/mt, flat from the previous trading day. According to SMM survey, there were a fewer sellers who wish to ship at lows, and the market players generally held a wait-and-see sentiment. In the short term, SiMn alloy prices will run stably. The market shall pay attention to the trades and bid price disclosed by the stainless steel mills.
