Recently, some media reported that individual real estate agencies participated in or assisted consumers in leasing real estate and degrees separately, which aroused social concern and had a great negative impact on the industry.

At present, the housing and construction department in the jurisdiction has launched special investigations on the suspected participation in brand stores and personnel such as Deyou and Kanfang.com. Once verified, they will be severely punished.

The Shenzhen Real Estate Intermediary Association solemnly announces this issue as follows: 1. Real estate intermediary agencies and practitioners must strictly abide by laws and regulations and regulate their practice.

2. All real estate intermediary agencies should carry out self-inspection and self-correction work, strictly control the corresponding internal business, check whether the above-mentioned phenomenon exists and rectify immediately.

3. In the process of conducting business, it is strictly forbidden to appear in violation of regulations such as "degree rental" and to attract people.

4. In the process of consumer complaints or market inspections, if real estate brokerage institutions and practitioners are found to have participated in or assisted in degree leasing and other illegal activities, the Association will seriously deal with it based on industry self-discipline regulations and report to the industry management department for special investigation.
