The CITIC Securities’ latest research report pointed out that the nationalisation strategy of Chile's lithium resources reflects the increasingly complex development environment of lithium resources in South America, which may cause a slowdown in lithium resource development investment in South America in the future, thus restricting the growth of lithium production capacity. Lithium prices stabilised for two consecutive trading days recently.

CITI Securities Sees Lithium Prices Bottoming Out in the Second or Third Quarter

CITIC Securities is optimistic about lithium companies who have their own lithium resources and cost advantages, as well as companies with a high proportion of export business.

Solid-State Battery Next Decade Series, Part 9 of 9: A Brand-New Track, Not a "Simple Sequel" to Liquid Lithium Batteries [SMM Analysis]
[SMM Analysis: Solid-State Battery Next Decade Series, 9 of 9: A Brand-New Track, Not a "Simple Sequel" to Liquid Lithium Batteries] The industrialisation of solid-state batteries is not a "capacity replication + minor technical adjustment" of liquid lithium batteries, but a systematic shift from resource logic, chemical logic, and material logic to patent logic. The most common mistake in understanding solid-state batteries through the framework of liquid lithium batteries is treating "planned capacity" as "effective supply," treating "technical routes" as "settled answers," and treating "first-mover advantage" as "ultimate victory.
