SHANGHAI, Aug 15 (SMM) - The profits of high-grade NPI based on nickel ore purchased 25 days earlier recovered across most regions last week. At present, the profits of NPI plants improved amid the low auxiliary materials prices and low nickel ore prices. However, due to the weak demand from steel mills and the oversupply of NPI, the NPI prices may further decline in the short term. Therefore, the profits of NPI plants may narrow further.
The Profits of NPI Plants Narrowed amid the Stable Costs and Low NPI Prices
The profits of high-grade NPI based on nickel ore purchased 25 days earlier recovered across most regions last week. At present, the profits of NPI plants improved amid the low auxiliary materials prices and low nickel ore prices.
