






Recently, the hot rolling mill successfully trial-rolled the new steel BMF3, which is mainly used for high-end users, for high-end textile industry and electronic components.
Excellent non-magnetic performance: optimized composition design to achieve non-magnetic performance, relative permeability μ ≤ 1.003. Good corrosion resistance: good corrosion resistance, corrosion resistance between 430 and 304.
Non-magnetic stainless steel is a kind of austenitic stainless steel with soft and hard state and non-magnetic characteristics after large deformation. its austenitic phase has high stability and remains non-magnetic even after large cold working or deformation. at the same time, it has the advantages of good corrosion resistance and high plastic strength.
During the trial production, the key production teams of new products in the hot rolling mill are all rooted in on-site tracking and adjustment to ensure smooth production organization, improve the level of quality control, and deal with sudden slab quality defects, unqualified black roll quality and other unplanned problems.
In terms of production organization, in order to prevent other scale surface defects that may occur, an efficient hot charging mode is adopted from steelmaking to hot rolling to effectively avoid the risk of surface quality; at the same time, automatic combustion control is adopted, in addition to ensuring the heating quality according to the known steel characteristics, but also according to the quality feedback, timely and accurately modify the heating process control.
The main difficulties in the trial production technology of the hot rolling process are the large rolling deformation resistance of this steel, the inaccurate calculation of the thickness of the first production model, which depends on the superb operation skills of the on-site operators and the timely learning and adjustment of the rolling model. the products that meet the requirements of users are produced without danger in the early stage of trial rolling.
