Jianlong Group issues a roadmap for green and low-carbon development of iron and steel plate

On March 10, Jianlong Group held a press conference on the green low-carbon path to announce to the public the road map for green and low-carbon development of the steel plate (hereinafter referred to as "the road map"), defining the specific path for Jianlong Group to achieve carbon neutralization. The roadmap points out that Jianlong Group will revolve around the two major goals of "becoming a global first-class supplier of green and low-carbon products and services" and "becoming a global provider and leader of green and low-carbon metallurgical technology." through process optimization and upgrading, cutting-edge technology innovation and application, green and low-carbon transformation of products, optimization of energy efficiency structure, upgrading of green logistics system, and recycling of resources and energy, We will further promote green and low-carbon development. By 2025, total carbon emissions will peak; in 2033, total carbon emissions will be 20 per cent lower than the peak, and carbon intensity will be 25 per cent lower than in 2020; and carbon neutralization will be achieved in 2060.
