Recently, the (POSCO) high nickel matte refining project of Posco Iron and Steel Group of South Korea, which is designed, supplied by Enfei of China and supported by on-site technical support, has been officially started.
The scale of the project is to deal with about 30,000 tons of high nickel matte per year, using the pressure leaching technology of China's Enfei core expertise, using two-stage atmospheric pressure leaching and one-stage oxygen pressure leaching, and the leaching solution is purified and removed by the extraction process to produce battery-grade nickel sulfate, cobalt sulfate products and by-product anhydrous sodium sulfate.
