Fujian Wuhang stainless steel wire drawing project will be completed and put into production in May 2022.

On February 18, the Fujian Provincial Bureau of Industry and Information Technology approved in principle the energy saving report of the stainless steel wire drawing project reported by Fujian Wuhang stainless Steel products Co., Ltd.

Project content: new stainless steel wire drawing pretreatment production line, stainless steel wire drawing (stainless steel screw, hardware wire, bright wire) production line, stainless steel drilling screw production line, bright stainless steel bar production line, stainless steel clean ball wire production line and stainless steel spring steel wire production line and supporting power supply and other public auxiliary facilities, after completion, it will increase the annual production capacity of 200000 tons of stainless steel wire drawing products.

The project uses hot-rolled stainless steel coil as raw material and adopts the combined continuous production process of "acid-free surface treatment-drawing-heat treatment" to produce stainless steel wire drawing deep processing products.

The project is scheduled to be completed and put into production in May 2022.

After the project is put into operation, the annual comprehensive energy consumption will be increased by 16369.39tce (equivalent value) and 34532.94tce (equivalent value), of which the annual power consumption will be 104.7373 million kWh, and 2.88 million m3 of natural gas. The comprehensive energy consumption per unit product of the stainless steel wire process of the project is 81.52 kgceperct, which is better than the design index in the Energy Saving Design Standard for Iron and Steel Enterprises (GB/T50632-2019).
