Zhejiang Yongjin annual processing 220000 tons precision stainless steel plate and strip project started

On the morning of February 19th, Gansu Province held a mobilization meeting for the concentrated start of major projects in the first quarter of 2022. The key projects to resume work this time are 24 industrial and energy-saving transformation projects, with an annual planned investment of 5.32 billion yuan. Including: Zhejiang Yongjin annual processing 220000 tons of precision stainless steel plate and strip and other projects.

The project plans to invest 1.229 billion yuan, including: new production workshop, air pressure station, hydrogen station, water pump house, sewage treatment station, 35kV substation, office building, dormitory and reception room, covering an area of 66655 square meters and a construction area of 85828 square meters.

The project selects imported and Yongjin independent research and development of 1350 mm 20-roll plate, 1350 mm vertical bright annealing furnace, 1350 mm drawing and straightening machine and other precision stainless steel strip special equipment. The first phase will implement the annual processing of 180000 tons of BA precision stainless steel strip, and the second phase will implement the project of 40,000 tons of ultra-thin precision stainless steel plate and strip. After the completion of the project, it will be able to process 220000 tons of precision stainless steel plate and strip annually.
