It is reported that stainless steel wire drawing is a new wire rod deep processing project built by Delong Company. the project follows the planning concept of energy saving, high efficiency and environmental protection, relies on the advantages of raw materials of the group, adopts advanced permanent magnet direct drive technology, and specializes in the production of various specifications of stainless steel thin wire rods. the products are widely used in automobile, high-speed rail, clothing, production and life and other fields. After completion, it will attract downstream standard parts, wire rope, filter screen, spring manufacturing and other deep processing manufacturing enterprises.
Yao Yifeng, director of Jiangsu Delong Nickel Wire drawing Plant, said that at present, the main construction of eight factories has been completed, and the equipment installation and commissioning of one factory building will be put into operation in June, while the remaining seven factories will be built one a month to gradually complete the tasks of installation, commissioning and production.
Data show that Yancheng Delong Metal Technology Co., Ltd. invested 1.2 billion yuan to build the "500000 tons / year stainless steel wire drawing products deep processing project", which was examined and approved by the Economic Development Bureau of Yancheng Binhai Port Industrial Park in 2021, and approved to carry out relevant work. Yancheng Binhai Port preparation [2020] 26, the project is located in Yancheng Binhai Port Industrial Park.
