India makes final judgment on stainless steel pipe of China-related welded pipe during the period of anti-subsidy.

On February 9th, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India issued a notice that the welded stainless steel pipe (Welded Stainless Steel Pipes and Tubes), which originated from or imported from China and Vietnam, was reviewed during the countervailing period and ruled that the super welded stainless steel pipe of A**E-BPE standard did not meet the exemption conditions, so it was not excluded from the products involved in the above-mentioned countries.

This case involves products under Indian customs codes 73064000, 73066100, 73066900, 73061100 and 73062100.
