Environmental protection acceptance of stainless high-end stainless steel rod and wire rod transformation project in Taiyuan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd.

Shanxi Taigang stainless Steel Co., Ltd. recently organized an acceptance meeting on environmental protection for the completion of the green intelligent technical transformation project to improve the surface quality of high-end stainless steel rod and wire rod of Shanxi Taiyuan stainless Steel Co., Ltd.

Representatives of environmental assessment units, design units, acceptance monitoring units, supervision units, construction units, acceptance report compilation units and relevant industry environmental protection experts were invited to agree that the project passed the completion environmental protection acceptance after discussion at the meeting.

The intelligent upgrading project of rod and wire production line of stainless steel wire rod factory of Shanxi Taigang stainless steel co., Ltd is located in the original workshop of stainless steel wire factory of Shanxi Taigang stainless steel co., Ltd. After this technical transformation, the production capacity of rod and wire rod has remained unchanged at 200000 tons per year, the equipment process capacity has been improved, and the variety development capacity has been enhanced.

Construction of the project began in September 2018 and was completed and debugged in June 2021. The actual total investment of the project is 355.6 million yuan, of which 3.8 million yuan is invested in environmental protection, accounting for 1.07% of the total investment.
