[Ningbo Liqin, China's largest nickel resources trader, applied for overseas initial public offering] recently, the CSRC announced the progress of the approval of overseas initial public offering shares (including common shares, preferred shares and other derivative forms of shares) of Ningbo Liqin Resources Technology Co., Ltd., which has reached the stage of receiving materials. Following the HPAL nickel-cobalt project, Liqin Resources will continue to build the RKEF fire nickel smelting project on OBI Island from 2021, and 20 nickel-iron production lines are expected to be put into production from 2022 to 2024.

Recently, the CSRC announced the progress of the "approval of overseas initial public offerings (including derivative forms of common shares, preferred shares and other stocks)" of Ningbo Liqin Resources Technology Co., Ltd. at present, the progress has reached the stage of receiving materials.

Data show that Ningbo Liqin Resources Technology Co., Ltd. is a global leading nickel industry chain service provider, established in January 2009, the company's headquarters is located in the beautiful coast of the East China Sea-Zhejiang Ningbo High-tech Zone. Liqin resources started from nickel ore and nickel iron trade services, and continuously extended upstream and downstream for many years, thus completing the vertical integration of the nickel industry chain. business covers nickel ore and nickel iron trade, smelting production, equipment manufacturing, engineering design, park operation and other links.

Liqin Resources is currently the largest nickel resource trader in China, and its nickel ore trade imports account for about 30% of the Chinese market, ranking first for six consecutive years; in terms of nickel smelting, the domestic Suqian plant has three international mainstream production lines, with an annual production capacity of 150000 tons of nickel and iron.

In 2018, together with Indonesia's Khalida Group, we invested in the construction of a high-pressure acid leaching (HPAL-- nickel wet smelting) nickel and cobalt smelting plant on OBI Island, North Maluku Province, Indonesia.

Two nickel-cobalt production lines in the first phase of the project were put into production in May 2021, and a total of four nickel-cobalt production lines in phase II and phase III are expected to be put into production in 2022-2023. After putting into production, the "HPAL Nickel-Cobalt Project" is the first nickel wet smelting project completed and reached production in Indonesia, and it is also a major construction project of "Belt and Road Initiative" in Zhejiang Province.

This project is in line with the current trend of the development of new energy vehicles, and will provide high quality battery raw materials for the new energy vehicle industry.

Following the HPAL nickel-cobalt project, Liqin Resources will continue to build the RKEF fire nickel smelting project on OBI Island from 2021, and 20 nickel-iron production lines are expected to be put into production from 2022 to 2024.

In addition, Liqin Resources also plans to build a 3 million ton stainless steel project in Indonesia. According to public information, in September last year, China Metallurgical Oriental announced that it had successfully won the bid for the 3 million ton / year stainless steel steelmaking engineering design project of Ningbo Liqin Resources Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. (changed its former name). The design of this winning project includes an annual stainless steel steelmaking workshop with an annual output of 3 million tons and supporting public auxiliary facilities. The design phase covers feasibility research, preliminary design, detailed design and technical overall responsibility services.
