Recently, Gansu Yongjin annual output of 220000 tons of precision stainless steel plate belt project environmental impact assessment report officially announced, the project around the proposed construction details are also disclosed. Earlier, Yongjin said that the project was scheduled to start in March this year.
The project plans to invest 1.22868 billion yuan to build a new production workshop, air pressure station, hydrogen station, water pump house, sewage treatment station, 35kV substation, office building, dormitory and reception room, accounting for 66655m2 of the ground and 85828m2 of the building area. The project selects imported and Yongjin independent research and development of 1350mm 20-high mill, 1350mm vertical bright annealing furnace, 1350mm drawing and straightening machine and other precision stainless steel strip special equipment, the first phase of the implementation of annual processing of 180000 tons of BA precision stainless steel strip; the second phase of the implementation of 40,000 tons of ultra-thin precision stainless steel plate and strip project, the completion of the project can achieve annual processing of 220000 tons of precision stainless steel strip.

300 series stainless steel (austenitic stainless steel) strip 54000 tons / year (first phase)
400 series stainless steel (Ferritic stainless steel) with 126000 tons / year (first phase)
2 ultra-thin precision strip:
36000 tons of stainless steel (austenitic stainless steel) strip per year (Phase II)
400 series stainless steel (Ferritic stainless steel) with 4000 tons / year (Phase II)

The ultra-thin precision stainless steel strip produced by this project has ultra-thin specifications, ultra-high dimensional accuracy, flatness, brightness, corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance and wear resistance. it has an international advanced level in quality stability, mechanical properties, mechanical properties, soft and hard state, surface quality and so on.
