Recently, Taiyuan Science and Technology Bureau issued a notice announcing the list of "unveiling the list" projects in Taiyuan City in 2021. Among the 8 projects announced in this batch, TISCO has four projects on the list, including the development of key manufacturing technology of high-speed rail axle steel, the research and development of Ferritic stainless steel cold plate for (SOFC) connector of solid oxide fuel cell, the construction of national production and chemical equipment demonstration line of 100-ton high-performance carbon fiber, and the preparation technology and product development of key new materials for 5G communication.
After the release of the list, the list was successfully unveiled by 13 domestic well-known universities, scientific research institutes or enterprises, such as Tsinghua University, General Institute of Iron and Steel Research, etc., after expert argumentation and public consultation, the list has been examined and approved by the municipal government.
Development of key manufacturing technology of high-speed rail axle steel materials: in view of the urgent need to solve the key preparation technology of high-speed railway wheel and axle materials, realize batch stable production and meet the needs of high-speed development of passenger transport in our country. Promote China's high-speed train manufacturing technology is completely independent and controllable.
Research and development of Ferritic stainless steel cold plate for (SOFC) connector of solid oxide fuel cell: aiming at the development and industrialization of Ferritic stainless steel with high rare earth content for solid oxide fuel cell connector, the problem that Ferritic stainless steel cold plate products for SOFC are completely dependent on import is solved.
Construction of 100-ton high-performance carbon fiber national production equipment demonstration line: focus on the development of key equipment and materials, such as spinning machine, take-up machine, ultra-high temperature wide-mouth graphitization furnace, isostatic pressing graphite material, etc., break the situation that there is a large gap in the overall level of carbon fiber production equipment between China and developed countries, and highly rely on imports, so as to provide a guarantee for the comprehensive domestic production of high-end carbon fiber.
Preparation technology and product development of key new materials for 5G communication: for 5G communication high-strength non-magnetic austenitic stainless steel substrate and Ni-based alloy ultra-thin strip for OLED metal mask, ultra-thin high-strength and low-magnetic special metal materials were developed to fill the domestic blank, solve the problem that key new materials for 5G communication rely on imports, and enhance the independent control ability of key materials in China's display screen industry chain.
