Zhongjin of Liuzhou Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. plans to build an annual stainless steel cold rolling project with an annual output of 350000 tons.

It is reported that Liugang Zhongjin stainless Steel Co., Ltd. plans to invest 821 million yuan (phase I) in Longtan Town Longtan Industrial Park, Bobai County, Yulin City, Guangxi to build a stainless steel cold rolling project of Guangxi Liuzhou Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd., with an annual production capacity of 350000 tons of cold-rolled stainless steel sheet, including 200000 tons of bright annealing coil and 150000 tons of stainless steel 2e finished products. The raw materials of the project are stainless steel black coil, and the required raw materials for hot rolled stainless steel coil (black coil) are all supplied by Zhongjin 900mm hot continuous rolling of Liuzhou Iron and Steel Co., Ltd.

The project is divided into two phases, the first phase of the project covers an area of 137000m2. It is proposed to build a tropical rolling annealing pickling production line (the production line includes 18-high mill section, degreasing section, annealing section, scale blasting section, pickling section, coiling section), a 20-high reversible cold rolling mill production line (including 4 20-high reversible cold mills), 1 degreasing machine production line, 1 bright annealing production line (including 8 cold strip bright annealing units), As well as the plant, warehouse, public auxiliary and other ancillary facilities needed by each unit.
