Sheng Hang Co., Ltd.: plans to invest in the construction of a 7450 DWT stainless steel chemical tanker

According to the announcement of Shenghang shares, the Ministry of Transport has approved the company to build a new bulk chemical carrier (7450 deadweight tons) in China to carry bulk chemicals between coastal ports in the country.

In order to further meet the actual needs of the company's liquid chemical transport business, the company intends to sign a contract with the shipyard for the construction of a 7450DWT stainless steel chemical tanker with a total investment of no more than 120 million yuan (including tax), and authorizes the chairman of the company to be fully responsible for the above-mentioned ship construction, including, but not limited to, the negotiation of the construction contract, the signing of the ship construction contract and the specific implementation of the construction.
