The technical renovation project has set up one 2680mm hot continuous rolling workshop and two hot acid workshops with an annual output of 3.8 million t / a. 3500mm hot rolling workshop is reserved with a hot rolling capacity of about 860000 t / a.

According to the production needs of Liyang Delong this time, the project removes the existing hot rolling equipment, and the re-purchased hot rolling equipment can roll plain carbon steel and stainless steel. at the same time, the pickling workshop is built for stainless steel products. The technical renovation project sets up a 2680mm hot continuous rolling workshop and two hot acid workshops (including a 2400mm hot rolling annealing pickling line, a 1780mm hot rolling annealing pickling line and a 1780mm direct rolling pickling line) with an annual production capacity of 3.8 million t / a (including 3.8 million t / an in the hot continuous rolling section and 2.76 million t / an in the annealing and pickling section). 3500mm hot rolling workshop is reserved with a hot rolling capacity of about 860000 t / a.

Liyang Delong Metal Technology Co., Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Jiangsu Delong Nickel Industry Co., Ltd. The incoming materials of this project are mainly stainless steel and plain carbon steel, which are purchased from general carbon steel. Stainless steel mainly comes from Liyang Baorun Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., which is the upstream company of the group. At the same time, the group company plans to build precision stainless steel processing project of Liyang Longyue Metal products Co. At present, Liyang Baorun Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. plans to build a high-end stainless steel project with an annual design output of 2.76 million tons of stainless steel continuous casting billet, as the incoming stainless steel of this project. This time, we plan to purchase 11.54 billion tons of carbon steel billet for this project.
