Tianyuan Manganese Industry: successful sintering test of dust dust from manganese silicon alloy factory! 565 tons of sinter has been used in production] A few days ago, the manganese-silicon alloy factory carried out a sintering test on the backlog of dedusting ash, which was successful. The dust dust produced in the manganese-silicon smelting process has a manganese content of about 17%. In the past, it was added to the manganese ore according to the mixing ratio of 5%, and the remaining 95% was piled up, which is a hidden danger of raising dust and environmental protection. For this reason, the factory held a special meeting to work out the experimental scheme of dust removal and sintering. The technician successfully sintered the dedusting ash sinter by adjusting many parameters such as the proportion of water, blue carbon powder and sintering temperature.

A few days ago, the manganese-silicon alloy factory carried out a successful sintering test on the backlog of dedusting dust.

The manganese content in the mine is 26%-29%, and the iron content is 1.7%-1.9%. The particle size and strength meet the requirements of manganese silicon smelting. Up to now, 565 tons of dust dust sinter has been used in production.

With the success of the test, the difficult problem of solid waste disposal is solved, the risk of environmental protection and ore consumption are reduced, and the maximum benefit of recycling is realized.

High-Grade NPI Smelter Profits Squeezed as Ore Prices Rise and Sales Prices Dip
[SMM Nickel Flash] Based on nickel ore prices from 25 days ago, smelter profits for high-grade NPI remained high this week. However, from the current raw material side, ore prices from both the Philippines and Indonesia increased, while auxiliary material prices saw a slight pullback, leading to an increase in the cash cost of producing high-grade NPI from spot ore. At the same time, high-grade NPI prices experienced some pullback, making it difficult for smelter profits to see sustained improvement.

High-Grade NPI Prices Fall, Expected to Stabilize as Chinese New Year Approaches
[SMM Nickel Flash] This week, due to a sharp decline in futures triggering arbitrage selling, high-grade NPI prices fell significantly. However, after the selling activity subsided, upstream quotations and the market center gradually returned to normal levels, supported by cost factors. Looking ahead, as the Chinese New Year holiday approaches, market activity is expected to remain subdued, and high-grade NPI prices are projected to hover at highs with limited fluctuations.
