SMM survey: what kind of metal do you like most in 2022?
After 25 days of equipment installation and cold commissioning, the first domestic special steel high-speed wire module finishing mill made by MCC Sadie entered the stage of production and commissioning in Panchangte on December 10. On the same day, after successfully passing the Φ 13.5mm specification at one time, the commissioning and batch production of Φ 13.5mm, Φ 11mm, Φ 7.0mm, Φ 7.5mm and Φ 6.0mm specifications were completed successively. The operation state of the mill is stable, the vibration value is only 0.7mm Universe, and the operation index of the unit meets the design requirements.
As an important production line for the production of high-end metal materials in China, the varieties and specifications of continuous rolling high-speed wire in Panchang Special forging and Rolling Plant are complex, including stainless steel, high temperature alloy, bearing steel, titanium and titanium alloy, etc., with high product precision and surface quality requirements. The reconstruction project of BGV finishing mill of continuous high-speed line in Panchang Special forging and Rolling Plant is the first project in China to transform the centralized transmission mode of high-grade special steel into modular rolling mill. The project includes process design in high-speed zone, 4 sets of CDMC250 modular rolling mill, matching hydraulic and lubrication system, supply and debugging of electric drive and basic automation.
