In order to speed up the development of new steel grades of SUS410S, China International Capital Corporation, together with the Technical Center of the Group, boldly broke the conventional thinking and further reduced the content of manganese and nickel in molten steel by adjusting the burden structure of blast furnace in advance, which technically solved the difficulties such as insufficient smelting temperature, excessive nitrogen content in molten steel, continuous casting cooling and lack of electromagnetic stirring, and promoted the successful development of SUS410S steel.

According to reports, on December 7, the first roll of SUS410S stainless steel was successfully put off the line in China International Capital Corporation Rolling Mill. From the testing results of the steel coil by the Technical Center on December 13th, the product quality was good and the trial-production effect exceeded expectations.

Liu Gang said that the successful production of new steel products has not only improved China International Capital Corporation's ability to resist market risks, but also further expanded China International Capital Corporation's product structure and achieved the milestone of covering 200,300,400 series in an all-round way. to lay a solid foundation for China International Capital Corporation to build a high-quality stainless steel base.
