The agreement stipulates that the company and its subsidiary Guangxin Nano and Mineral Electronics intend to form a long-term and comprehensive strategic partnership of product supply and demand through this close strategic cooperation to achieve resource sharing and common development. And establish a solid foundation for future cooperation in other projects. According to the forecast of the demand for MLCC market, it is agreed that the quantity of products purchased by the company and its subsidiary Guangxin Nano in 2022 will be 375 tons.
