(hereinafter referred to as "Wintek New Energy Technology"). In order to speed up the development of Wintek New Energy and the construction progress of the project, The company agreed to increase the capital of Wintek New Energy by 286 million yuan. Meanwhile, ENCHEM Co.,Ltd. As another shareholder with a 49% stake in Wintek, the capital of Wintek increased by 274 million yuan.

It is reported that this capital increase will increase the capital of Wintek New Energy shareholders in accordance with the proportion of their shareholdings. After the capital increase, the registered capital of Wintek New Energy has increased from 20 million yuan to 580 million yuan, and the shareholding ratio of each shareholder remains unchanged.

Data show that on the evening of November 7, Shida Shenghua announced that it plans to build an annual production capacity of 300000 tons of electrolyte and 100000 tons of liquid lithium salt through its subsidiary, with an estimated total investment of 2.16 billion yuan. Among them, Wintek New Energy plans to invest 100000 tons / year in liquid lithium salt project. The total investment of the project is expected to be 560 million yuan. The project is built at No. 198 Tongxing Road, Kenli District, Dongying City, Shandong Province, covering an area of 50000 square meters. The construction period is 15 months. It is expected to be completed and put into production in February 2023.
