The main production economic and technical indexes such as raw material slag treatment capacity, nickel matte product quality and production operation cost of the project are better than the design. In a short period of more than two months, the project reached the production standard and exceeded production. The harmless treatment project of by-products of MCC Ruimu Co., Ltd. is the first production line in China to use pyrometallurgical process to treat the leaching residue of ternary precursor of battery. the raw material composition of the project is complex and fluctuates greatly, and there is no relevant design and production experience for reference. it is difficult to implement technical services. Nickel and Cobalt Institute attaches great importance to the project, meticulous organization, careful deployment, the transfer of various professional and technical backbones to set up the project technical service team. In the face of the difficulties and challenges encountered by the new process, new equipment and new system of the project, the technical service team can actively respond to the difficulties, make use of its solid technical foundation, and complete a number of technical transformations that affect the production of the system, establish a production organization and process optimization control mode for dealing with complex raw materials of the project, and solve various technical problems encountered in the trial production process of the project, such as water quenching of nickel matte and treatment of raw materials with high zinc content.
