On November 22nd, Yi Chengxineng (300080) issued an announcement that in order to further expand the layout of the company's negative materials industry, the company plans to set up a wholly-owned subsidiary Pingdingshan Tianhou New Materials Co., Ltd. (the company name has been approved). The registered capital is 100 million yuan, and it is proposed to set up a wholly-owned subsidiary in Yuzhou City, Yuzhou Tiandao New Energy Materials Co., Ltd. (the company name has been approved), with a registered capital of 100 million yuan.

Yi Chengxineng said that the purpose of the company's proposed investment in setting up two wholly-owned subsidiaries is to expand and strengthen the high-end anode materials industry, create the competitiveness of Yi Cheng Xineng in the field of negative materials, and provide the company with savings potential and new growth points in the future. enhance the company's comprehensive competitiveness.

Data show that Yi Cheng Xinneng's main business is divided into new energy and new materials. Among them, the main business of the new energy industry is the production and sales of high-efficiency monocrystalline silicon batteries and lithium batteries, and the investment, construction and operation of solar power stations; the main business of the new materials industry is the production and sales of ultra-high power graphite electrodes and negative materials.

Among them, in terms of anode materials, Yi Chengxineng recently introduced on the investor interactive platform that the company has an annual production capacity of 14000 tons of graphite anode materials for lithium batteries, and is now acquiring a 67.09 percent stake in Haidong Guiqiang New Materials Co., Ltd. (current name: Qinghai Tianlan New Energy material Co., Ltd.). The company currently has a project with an annual production capacity of 10,000 tons of anode materials. At the same time, the company invests in the "annual output of 30,000 tons of high-performance lithium-ion battery anode materials integration project" in Xichuan County, Nanyang City.
