[Fujia shares: initial public offering online roadshow] on November 9, Fujia shares announced that the application for an initial public offering of no more than 41 million RMB ordinary shares (A shares) has been approved by the Securities Regulatory Commission of China Securities Regulatory Commission [2021] 3418.

On November 9, Fujia shares announced that Ningbo Fujia Industrial Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "issuer") for initial public offering of no more than 41 million RMB common shares (A shares) (hereinafter referred to as "this issue") has been approved by the Securities Regulatory Commission of China Securities Regulatory Commission [2021] 3418.

This offering adopts offline inquiry and placement to qualified investors (hereinafter referred to as "offline offering") and online pricing to public investors holding unrestricted A shares and unrestricted depositary receipts in Shanghai market with a certain market value (hereinafter referred to as "online issuance"). Before the start of the callback mechanism, the initial number of shares issued offline was 28.7 million shares, accounting for 70.00% of the total number of shares issued, while the initial number of shares issued online was 12.3 million shares, accounting for 30.00% of the total number of shares issued this time.

In order to facilitate investors to understand the relevant situation of the issuer and the relevant arrangements of this issue, the issuer and the sponsor of this issue (lead underwriter) Yongxing Securities Co., Ltd. will hold an online roadshow on this issue.
