Ningde era established a new energy technology company with a registered capital of 2 billion in Yichun, Jiangxi Province.

On October 19th, Yichun Times New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established with Jiang Li as its legal representative with a registered capital of 2 billion RMB. Its business scope includes research and development of emerging energy technologies, battery manufacturing, research and development of electronic special materials, research and development of new materials technology, etc. The company is wholly owned by Ningde Times (300750).

Just last month, Ningde Times announced that the company plans to invest in the Ningde era new lithium battery manufacturing base (Yichun) project in Yichun City, Jiangxi Province, with a total investment of no more than 13.5 billion yuan. The construction period of the project is expected to be no more than 30 months from the start of construction, and the planned land area of the project is about 1300 mu.
