The annual production capacity is 1.6 billion square meters of wet base membrane and the coated film that matches its production capacity, and gives priority to supply to the company and its subsidiaries. The total planned investment of the project is 5.2 billion yuan. The registered capital of the joint venture company is 1.6 billion yuan, of which the designated investor of Enjie shares subscribes 880 million yuan and holds 55% equity in the joint venture company; the company subscribes 720 million yuan and holds 45% equity in the joint venture company.
On July 22, Yiwei LiNeng announced that Yiwei Power, a subsidiary of the company, intends to sign a "contract" with the management committee of Jingmen High-tech Zone. On June 10th, Yiwei LiNeng announced that the company and its subsidiaries plan to invest in the construction of a new energy power energy storage battery industrial park with an annual production capacity of 104.5GWh (including the completed capacity 11GWh, the capacity under construction 11GWh and the capacity 82.5GWh to be reinvested in stages) in Jingmen Qiandao District, and introduce the supporting industry of lithium-ion power energy storage battery according to production demand.
