Recently, in a survey conducted by the agency, Duofudo said that the company's electronic chemical products include wet electronic chemicals and dry electronic chemicals, with large-scale production of electronic grade hydrofluoric acid and silane, and so on. More than a dozen products under development and construction will also gradually enter the market. Electronic grade hydrofluoric acid is used in photovoltaic, liquid crystal panel and semiconductor industry, with an overall production capacity of 50,000 tons. The fixed increase project to be launched this year will build 30,000 tons of electronic-grade hydrofluoric acid, which will be mainly used in the field of semiconductors.
Duofudo believes that the trade war between Japan and South Korea has brought early warning to the vast number of semiconductor manufacturers. with the gradual rise of China's semiconductor industry, businessmen pay more and more attention to the selection and training of domestic suppliers to achieve long-term and stable supply. in the future, electronic grade hydrofluoric acid will be strengthened in both incremental market and stock market.
In terms of lithium battery materials, polyfluoroduo has formed an annual production capacity of 10000 tons of crystal lithium hexafluorophosphate, with customers covering all mainstream electrolyte manufacturers. Recently, the supply of lithium hexafluorophosphate continues to be tight. For the purpose of long-term cooperation, the company has signed a sales contract for lithium hexafluorophosphate with BYD, Funeng Technology, Enchem and other companies.
It said that at present, the company has full orders, which is far greater than the existing production capacity, so we have made a project plan for the construction of 100000 tons of lithium hexafluorophosphate, 40000 tons of lithium difluorosulfonimide (LiFSI) and 10000 tons of lithium difluorophosphate according to the orders in hand and the demand of the downstream in the future, in order to greatly enhance the production capacity of the company's existing lithium hexafluorophosphate and other products to cope with the future market demand for lithium-ion battery materials.
As for the market trend of lithium hexafluorophosphate industry, Dofudo said that from a market point of view, the rapid development of the new energy vehicle industry and the favorable policies issued by the state have promoted the growth of demand for upstream lithium batteries and electrolytes. Lithium hexafluorophosphate as the main electrolyte in lithium battery electrolyte, the market demand continues to increase, especially in the next three years, the customer intention far exceeds the company's original expectations. Combined with the upstream and downstream market trends, based on the current customer order demand and the in-depth study of the future industry supply and demand system, the company made the decision to expand production. With the further improvement of the proportion of new energy vehicles in passenger vehicles in the country, the demand for lithium hexafluorophosphate in the domestic market is still tight in the next three years, and the product advantages are further concentrated to the leader. A relatively stable relationship between supply and demand may be achieved by 2025.
With regard to the new lithium salt planning, Duofuoduo said that the company has a certain technical reserve for the new lithium salt, difluorosulfonimide lithium is not a new product, our company has an industrial scale production line. In the past, the reason why the market attention is not high, mainly due to low demand, did not form a scale, most of the time only as an additive to use. However, with the development of battery technology, the new lithium salt market will continue to heat up. Based on the research and judgment of the future development trend, the company has made plans to meet the market demand by virtue of market advantages, technical cost control advantages and safety and environmental protection advantages.
