[polyfluoroduo 5.15 billion plus code LiPF6 and other projects newly signed by BYD and other three orders of about 10,000 tons] Polyfluoroduo plans to use self-raised funds to invest in the construction of 100000 tons of lithium hexafluorophosphate and 40,000 tons of difluorosulfonimide lithium (LiFSI) and 10,000 tons of lithium difluorophosphate with a total investment of RMB 5.15 billion. In addition, Polyfluoroduo recently signed product sales contracts with BYD, Funeng Technology and Henan Nonferrous, respectively, and the supply of lithium hexafluorophosphate will be no less than 9960 tons.

On July 17th, Duofuoduo (002407) announced that the company intends to use self-raised funds to invest in the construction of 100000 tons of lithium hexafluorophosphate and 40, 000 tons of lithium difluorosulfonimide (LiFSI) and 10, 000 tons of lithium difluorophosphate, with a total investment of 5.15 billion yuan.

Specifically, the construction site of the above project is planned to be built and put into production in three phases in Zhongzhan District of Jiaozuo City or relevant industrial parks in other domestic cities, and the project is expected to reach production on December 31, 2025. The construction investment is 4.4 billion yuan and the working capital is 750 million yuan.

The company is committed to becoming the world's leading supplier of lithium battery materials, and the market demand for the products involved in this project will show a substantial increase under the rapid development of the new energy vehicle industry and the strong promotion of national favorable policies, according to Dofudo Analysis. According to the customer's future demand for electrolyte and the trend of the continuous development of the lithium battery industry, it is an inevitable requirement for the company to continue to build and increase the production capacity of the products involved in this project.

In terms of production capacity, yesterday, the company's current full production capacity of lithium hexafluorophosphate is 10,000 tons / year, and what is being tested is 5000 tons / year, due to strong market demand. We are stepping up the test run and strive to reach production quickly.

Duofuoduo said that the construction of 100000 tons of lithium hexafluorophosphate and 40,000 tons of lithium difluorosulfonimide (LiFSI) and 10,000 tons of lithium difluorophosphate can greatly enhance the production capacity of existing lithium hexafluorophosphate and other products, effectively meet the future market demand for lithium-ion battery materials, and continue to strengthen the company's core competitive advantage.

What is worth paying attention to is that on the same day, Polyfluoroduo also plans to invest 160 million yuan to set up a wholly-owned subsidiary Polyfluorodohena New Materials Co., Ltd. (provisional name, finally subject to the name approved by the Market Supervision Administration), the scope of business includes lithium battery materials, and so on.

While busy expanding production and increasing the size, there are a lot of orders at the same time. On the 17th, Synchronize announced that the company has recently signed three product sales contracts with customers, and the supply of lithium hexafluorophosphate will not be less than 9960 tons.

Specifically, the company signed a "long-term cooperation agreement" with BYD, which purchased lithium hexafluorophosphate with a total quantity of not less than 6460 tons; the company signed a "sales contract" with Funeng Technology, which purchased lithium hexafluorophosphate with a total quantity of not less than 1700 tons from the company; and Henan Nonferrous Metals Industry Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the company, and Enchem Co.,Ltd.. Signed the purchase Agreement, Enchem Co.,Ltd. Purchase 1800 tons of lithium hexafluorophosphate from Henan Nonferrous.

Duofudo said that the company has rich experience in the production of lithium hexafluorophosphate, advanced technology and sufficient technical personnel, and the implementation of the above contracts is expected to have a positive impact on the company's operating performance this year.

In addition, the company recently predicted that the company's first-half net profit will reach 270 million yuan to 320 million yuan, an increase of 1618.54% 196.79% over the same period last year. For the reasons for the substantial pre-increase in performance, the company said that the market demand for products related to new materials is strong, prices continue to rise, and the company is in a state of full production and full sales.
