This time, Jiangsu Huiran Industrial Co., Ltd., one of the enterprises inspected, was established in 2011, located at No. 8 Xiangsheng Avenue, Suqian High-tech Industrial Development Zone, covering an area of about 760mu, registered capital of 120 million yuan and more than 860 employees. In May 2015, through reorganization and merger, the company became a professional silver alloy subsidiary of Ningbo Liqin Resources Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd., which is also an important part of its efforts to build 10 billion enterprises.

At present, the company adopts the international advanced RKEF (rotary kiln + ore reheating furnace) process, with three production lines, with an annual production capacity of 180000 tons of nickel alloy and an output value of nearly 2 billion. The products have the characteristics of low phosphorus, low sulfur and low silicon, which are well received by users. The real scene of the factory

The company has 3 international mainstream RKEF (rotary kiln + submerged arc furnace) production lines with an annual production capacity of 200000 tons of nickel alloy and an annual import of 3 million tons of laterite nickel ore. The RKEF production line is characterized by strong adaptability of raw materials, high degree of automation, high grade of alloy, less harmful elements, energy saving and energy recycling.

The complete technological process of RKEF production line is:

Raw ore drying and bulk crushing-drying kiln drying-rotary kiln pre-reduction to high temperature roasting-high temperature roasting into ore hot furnace reduction melting-producing Jinhe alloy ingots (or water quenched into raw iron particles) and water quenched slag as building materials.

The specific production process of RKEF production line is as follows:

The laterite nickel ore entering the raw material yard of the factory contains more than 30% moisture and has high stickiness. After the belt is broken on the spot, the belt is fed into the drying kiln to dry, and the dried prospecting and reducing agent go into the rotary kiln to pre-reduce the original roasted sand according to the proportion. In the rotary kiln, the nickel ore is roasted and dehydrated, the weight is reduced by about 30%, and the roasting temperature is 700 ℃ ~ 800 ℃. In the insulated state, the roasting is sent to the feed bin (lined with fire-resistant insulation layer) on the top of the ore-heating furnace, and then evenly distributed to the sealed ore furnace through a sealed tubular distribution device. The crude nickel alloy and electric furnace slag are separated by arc smelting in the submerged arc furnace, and the electric furnace slag is a kind of good building material; a large amount of high temperature flue gas is produced during the production of the submerged arc furnace, and the smoke plating is purified and returned to the drying kiln to make full use of the heat energy, the dust at the tail of the production line is recovered and reused by the Static dedusting system, and the waste flue gas of each line is discharged through the desulfurization system to ensure energy saving, high efficiency and environmental protection of the production line.
